Welcome to Angels2TheHeart! If you or someone you know is ill, recovering from an accident, or surgery and is in need of "spirit lifting", this is the place!

**If you are filling this out for someone other than you, please give your name in the box at the bottom. You will be notified if the recipient is accepted to our program. After you are notified that they are accepted, you MUST let them know.

**You will be required to comply with a monthly update in order to keep us updated on the recipient's condition and needs. If you do not comply with the update requests, the recipient will be removed.  No further emails will be sent and you will not be reminded.

**We are not able to accept all applicants. Applications are processed according to severity of need. Please make sure you fill our application completely and properly. Often the recipients will be placed on a waiting list until we have an opening for new recipients, so please be patient and know that not all applications can be accepted.

**Please remember that our recipients are NEVER expected to reply to their angel mail. We don't want this burden on them, and only want to lift their spirits!
